The role
An exciting 12 month, maximum term opportunity is now available for a Transformation Change Lead, to play a key role in the successful establishment of a Transformation Management Office (TMO) at South East Water. Working closely with the Group Manager and the project team, they will lead and deliver targeted change enablement strategies. through strong and active stakeholder engagement, co-design and collaboration.
By designing and executing structured change approaches, including communications, impact analysis, training and readiness planning, they will help turn vision into action and embed sustainable change. Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include;
- leading the development and execution of the overarching Change Strategy and Implementation Plan for the TMO establishment;
- conducting Change Gap Analyses, identifying impacts and providing insights to inform iterative program design;
- developing and maintaining a comprehensive Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan; and
- facilitating engagement and co-design sessions with key stakeholder groups and project delivery partners.
Who are you?
You'll be considered for this role if you possess a minimum of five (5) years' change management experience with a proven track record of managing change for organisation-wide or cross-functional transformation projects and demonstrated working knowledge in change methodologies, including Prosci and ADKAR.
An expert in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication within complex environments, you'll be able to identify behavioural barriers to change acceptance and have the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in impact analysis, change readiness and adoption measurement, using structured frameworks and data, you'll be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder with an ability to influence at all levels.
