Technology Business Partner – Drive Innovation at SEW and shape the future of water services

Our Technology Business Partnering function is now firmly established and thriving—and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced professional to help us take it to the next level.

 

As a trusted advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll lead conversations on strategy, initiate projects, and design high-level solutions across any of our:

 

  • Asset Lifecycle Management Systems
  • Utilities Billing Platforms
  • Customer Experience (CX) Systems
  • Corporate Systems
  • Emerging Technologies

Who you are

 

  • A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives on building relationships
  • Degree-qualified in IT or a related business discipline
  • Experienced (5+ years) in technology business partnering within complex organisations
  • Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions
  • Strategic, commercially savvy, and passionate about innovation and change

South East Water operates a 24/7 service environment. Whilst this role does not involve after-hours rostered duty, all employees may be required to provide out of hours support from time to time as required.
