As the Senior Manager, PMO, you will play a pivotal role in turning this vision into reality. You’ll lead the delivery of innovative technology and business solutions that drive transformation across the enterprise. This is a leadership position for a strategic thinker and critical influencer who thrives on collaboration and excellence.

 

In this key role, you will:

 

  • Shape the Future: Drive governance and best-practice project delivery across technology and business initiatives.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Manage and inspire the Project Management and Business Analysis teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Enable Enterprise Transformation: Support the Enterprise PMO and Enterprise Transformation Office to deliver programs that align with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure Financial and Delivery Excellence: Provide strong financial oversight and implement robust governance frameworks to maximise value and mitigate risk.

Who are you?

 

Reporting into the Group Manager, Transformation and Leading both the Project Management and Business Analysis teams, the Senior Manager PMO will possess proven experience in technology delivery, portfolio management and/or IT leadership roles. 

 

Candidates will require the following key skills, knowledge and experience:

 

  • Experience with system integrations, software development life cycles and Agile methodologiesStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to develop and enhance portfolio management tools and frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and financial principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reportingStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and task prioritisation across multiple responsibilities.
