The role

 

Ready to level up your Salesforce career whilst making a real impact? As a Salesforce Developer at South East Water, you’ll help shape and enhance a critical CRM platform that supports essential services across the water industry and the communities we serve.

 

You'll design, build and optimise Salesforce solutions across a mix of projects, enhancements, and BAU releases, using technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and integrations to deliver scalable, high quality outcomes.

 

Working closely with Architects and Tech Leads, you'll contribute to design decisions, participate in code reviews, and play a key role in uplifting capability across the team. 

 

Day to day, you'll:

 

  • Build and enhance Salesforce solutions aligned to best practice
  • Support and optimise a complex, business-critical CRM environment
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Contribute to deployments, DevOps, and continuous improvement
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations, including AI and emerging capabilities

 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own your work, solve meaningful problems, and help deliver better outcomes for customers and communities across the water sector.

Who are you?

 

You’re a Salesforce Developer with around 4+ years’ experience who’s ready to step up.  You are someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable, high-quality solutions.

 

You bring:

 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Git, and deployment practices
  • Front-end capability (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and an eye for good UX
  • Experience working in complex environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce certifications (or working towards them)
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Amazon Connect, or CI/CD tools would be an advantage.

 

Perhaps most importantly, you’re curious, collaborative, proactive and someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is keen to grow their technical capability while making a real impact.

This role is remunerated at a Level 4, which is between $104,610 and $112,447 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
