The role

 

The South East Water Talent team ensures we have the right people in the right roles to meet both the current and future needs of the organisation to deliver great customer outcomes.  As part of the People Operations group we work alongside our HR team, partnering with the business to enhance the employee/leadership experience.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract.     Working closely with Talent Advisors, Business Partners and People Leaders you will provide operational support to ensure delivery of an effective recruitment process and provide a great candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Recruitment Administration:  Including scheduling interviews, ad posting, processing background checks and candidate enquiries.
  • Volume and Temp Recruitment: Manage all requests for temporary agency employees with agencies on our preferred supplier lists and partner with business leaders to conduct end to end recruitment processes for volume roles.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain efficient processes to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner with a strong customer focus.

 

This position is a six-month fixed-term, part-time role, scheduled from Wednesday to Friday, working in collaboration with the current Recruitment Coordinator.

Who are you?

 

Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment will allow you to hit the ground running and your positive attitude and desire to help others will see you thrive in an evolving environment.

 

You will also be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Strong IT skills including ATS management and the ability to problem-solve and initiate system enhancements.  (Previous experience using SuccessFactors will be highly regarded).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to question existing practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
