About the role


We are looking for innovative graduates from a variety of disciplines who are passionate about making a real difference within the water industry through innovative solutions and exceptional service. Joining our Customer and Community team as a Graduate, you will provide specialist support that ensures we can continue to deliver and improve the reliability of an essential resource.


Our three year Graduate Program will introduce you to many facets within your relevant discipline, giving you exposure to different parts of the organisation and the ability to immerse yourself in the collaborative culture of the water industry. Rotating every 12 months, you will have a tailored program, supported by formal professional development training.  


Your desire to cultivate new skills and take on challenges will allow you to maximise the opportunities provided through this placement. Your strong problem solving abilities combined with a high level of learning agility will allow you to successfully navigate through our fast paced and dynamic environment. We will provide a unique environment to harness your potential through development programs, a strong team environment and supportive leadership.

Eligibility to apply


We're accepting applications from candidates that can meet each of the following criteria:


  • You currently hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines, or similar
    • User Experience
    • Marketing
    • Communications
  • You have or will obtain your qualification in 2020, 2021 or 2022
  • You are based in Victoria, with the ability to commute to our WatersEdge office in Frankston, or are willing to re-locate for the program prior to commencement
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency
