The role

 

The HRIS Systems Analyst contributes to strategic direction of People and Safety, helping us to create a workplace which delivers exceptional employee and candidate experiences. 

 

Reporting to the HRIS Systems Lead, you will ensure our HR applications are being used to their full potential, while responding to system enquiries, maintaining data integrity and contributing to the development and maintenance of a Framework which ensures system effectiveness and data governance.

 

You will provide systems expertise and input across various employee lifecycle functions including onboarding, recruitment, Employee Central payroll interfaces, performance management, learning and development, and Succession and Careers.

 

While no two days look the same, a typical day may include some of the following tasks: 

 

  • Engagement with key stakeholders providing subject matter expertise regarding the design, enhancements and system utilisation of our HR applications, which include SAP SuccessFactors and Chris21
  • Prioritisation of business requirements and communicating change management plans 
  • Systems administration supporting critical HR processes
  • Monitor and analyse data integrity and ensure data accuracy, including data integration to Chris21
  • Delivery of end user training to the broader People and Safety Team, which focuses on system processes

 

Who are you?

 

The preferred candidate will hold demonstrable experience in systems administration, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Additionally, you will hold the following skills and attributes:

 

  • Well developed analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and influence outcomes
  • An innovative mindset which supports best-practice system-enhancement opportunities
  • Excellent organisation skills wth the ability to manage competing high-priority demands
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships, stakeholder engagement and improving employee experiences

This role is remunerated at a Level 5, which is between $115,748 and $128,761 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
