The role
Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to step into the role of Group Manager Digital Field Services.
As the Group Manager of Digital Field Services, you will play a key role in driving innovative initiatives to enhance the water and wastewater networks. You’ll help shape the future of customer technologies, such as smart meters and IoT devices, while advancing other digital technologies that enable growth and efficiency.
Building strong vendor relationships and partnerships will be central to delivering large-scale digital projects that provide valuable insights and transform SEW. In addition, you’ll oversee crucial operational functions, including metering, connections, and billing integrity, as well as strategic projects like non-revenue water reduction. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on both South East Water and the essential services we provide for our customers and community!
Who are you?
To be considered for this position, you will have experience in a leadership role in a medium to large sized organisation and possess skills in the following areas;
- Experience in overseeing large-scale deployment programs of digital meters or similar technology assets is preferred.
- Ability to deliver high calibre results at a senior level.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in operating a large and complex asset base
- Proven stakeholder and operational management skills.
