Family Violence Program Manager

The role
SEW is committed to supporting individuals and families impacted by family violence and this 6-month maximum term role, with a posibility of extension, provides a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and provide vital support to our customers.
The Family Violence Program Manager will be a collaborative leader who will bring a customer centric approach to lead improvements, actions and initiatives that will place South East Water as an industry leader within the protections of customers affected by family violence.
Your passionate approach will enable you to continue to drive forward initiatives to help uplift customer metrics, safeguard customer data and align with the Family Violence Plan, supporting South East Water in achieving our organisational and customer aspirations.
Who are you?
To be considered for this role, candidates will demonstrate:
- Excellent project management experience, with a strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities to proactively identify issues and approach challenges with high levels of tenacity and resilience.
- Extensive experience with the management of customer privacy and personal data protection, with strong knowledge of the Privacy Act 1988 and its application within the water sector.
- Experience partnering with external organisations and non-for-profit groups to ensure best practice is captured and tested in all deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven success influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder relations experience, with a key focus on managing stakeholder relationships across a complex organisation.

South East Water operates a 24/7 service environment. Whilst this role does not involve after-hours rostered duty, all employees may be required to provide out of hours support from time to time as required.
