A unique opportunity is now up for grabs to join the Liveable Water Solutions Division at South East Water, for a 6-month parental leave replacement position as Digital Enhancement Business Analyst. Collaborating with the Customer Connections and Land Development Teams, not only to support the replacement of inhouse systems ICE and PropertyConnect, but you will also contribute to the continuous improvement efforts for the New Connections project.
The Digital Enhancement Business Analyst will run workshops to drive blue sky thinking within the business unit groups and think strategically to analyse, define, and communicate requirements, ensuring that solutions are delivering value for the business and our customers. The successful applicant will be an effective collaborator with great interpersonal skills and will work alongside a small team of likeminded business analysts and Customer Connections subject matter experts.
Who are you?
In order to be successful in this role, candidates will require the following skills, experience and knowledge:
- A tertiary qualification or Degree in Business Analysis or equivalent Business Analyst experience (3-5 years)
- Experience in the capture and development of requirements, process improvement design and process mapping.
- Proficient in the use of agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Visio and Xray and agile project management experience
- Proven ability to facilitate and run workshops, process mapping, procedural documentation, perform post implementation reviews.
- An ability to think strategically - bringing people, requirements and project elements together.
- Previous experience in business transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills demonstrating an ability to influence outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills.

This role is remunerated at a Level 4, which is between $104,610 and $112,447 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
