The role
We are excited to welcome a new group of Customer Excellence Officers to our team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major customer contact channels!
Working within the Accounts team you will be taking inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community.
As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, you will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.
We have a number of opportunities available and applicants who successfully pass the initial screening will receive an invitation to participate in an assessment centre scheduled for Wednesday 18 June 2025. Those who are selected will be required to start in the position on Monday 7 July 2025.
Each role offers:
- Full time hours - shift work roster between 8:00am and 6:30pm.
- Permanent role with access to SEW benefits package.
- Hybrid environment – a combination of working from home, as well as in our Frankston office following a fully office-based training period and when performance meets expectations.

In addition, you will also be:
- An excellent communicator with demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service.
- A punctual and reliable team player.
- Tech-savvy and able to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and simultaneous tasks.
- Able to adapt to show flexibility in a fast-paced, energetic environment where priorities can change.

This role is remunerated at a Level 1, which is between $63,248 and $66,577 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.

South East Water operates a 24/7 service environment. Whilst this role does not involve after-hours rostered duty, all employees may be required to provide out of hours support from time to time as required.
